We are excited to announce the coming arrival of New Genetics cannabis cultivation. New Genetics will bring honest, clean, high-grade cannabis to the vibrant community of Lansing, Michigan.

New Genetics’ 16,000 sqft state of the art cultivation facility features hybrid style greenhouses with steel walls and clear roof to maximize security and natural sunlight. It will be outfitted with 500+ High-performance industrial grade LEDs to ensure each plant receives the optimal amount of light. The facility is fully climate-controlled including light-deprivation to allow year-round, perpetual harvest.

Located just south of Michigan’s capital, New Genetics will be the second of many marijuana-related businesses in a development called Harvest Park in Dimondale, MI. This 130-acre development is designed specifically for companies in the cannabis community.

New Genetics broke ground in January 2019 and is scheduled to complete July 2019. The facility was designed by the team at ACG Architects using Conleys Greenhouses and Grow-Ray LED lighting. The contractor in charge of construction is Wieland Builders based out of Lansing. The strength and expertise of the design and construction team have been invaluable.

Once fully operational this facility will provide 13-20 jobs in the initial phase with plans to add additional staff with future phases.
